Few things cause me to ponder time and life more than ancient bristlecone pines. At 5,000 years, they are the earth’s oldest living things. They thrive despite battling some of the harshest living conditions on earth. Battered by fierce winter gales and growing in thin rocky soil on exposed ridge tops, they become more beautiful with age. Metal Prints
The Photograph is developed onto a thin sheet of aluminum using a process called Dye Sublimation. This fantastic process yields a rich glossy print that is incredibly resistant to scratching, and cleanable using normal glass cleaner. The piece appears to "float" on the wall thanks to a subframe. Beautiful, rich and durable, these are the most popular presentation for my larger pieces. Available in sizes up to 8 feet on the long edge.
